This battery operated tealight stand come with the paper elements shown.  The finished project is approximately 5-1/2" x 3-/14" x 3-1/4" and is compatible with the 8x12 and 12x12 mats.

Here's the tutorial:
1.  Cut out all your pieces.
2.  Gather the candle base pieces.  Fold one tab up and the other down.  Do the opposite for the second set.
3.  Slide the pieces together then adhere the tabs together in the corners.
4.  Here is a close up of the tabs in place.
5.  Next grab your solid circle and place it upside down on your work station.  Adhere your tabs to the back of the circle.  Press firmly to secure the adhesive in place.
6.  Your candle stand should look similar to this now.
7.  Grab the piece with the tabs.  Place adhesive on the side tab then adhere the tab to the other side of the piece to form a circle.
8.  Grab one of your circle frame pieces and place adhesive all over the back of it.  Push the bottom tabs down so they are flat against your workspace. Insert the circle frame piece, adhesive side down.  Adhere it securely to the tabs.  I use a tongue depressor/craft stick to smooth mine out and adhere it in place.
9.  Place adhesive on the back of the second circle frame piece then place it in adhesive side up (but don't push it all the way down yet).  Push your tabs down then flip the piece over and push the circle frame down against those tabs and adhere in place.  Your piece should look like this now.
10.  Your piece should look like this now.
11.  Grab the last circle frame piece and place adhesive on its back.  Adhere it on top of one side.
12. Your piece should look like this now.
13-14. Adhere your wrap around the tealight base.
15.  Flip your piece over and add adhesive to the exposed tab pieces.  Gather your tealight stand piece.
16.  Adhere the circle to the bottom of the tealight base.
17.  Place adhesive on the back of the small panel circle.
18.  Insert your battery operated tealight.
19.  Adhere the panel to the top of your tealight.  Embellish as desired!
